Before I had joined the project I was working as a Property Negotiator in one of London’s Estate Agent and well before I had finished a Medical Professional College ‘Kadma’ in Wroclaw in Poland. I used to work in Care Home with elderly, disabled and mental health children.
I have heard about the Programme from one of my colleagues and I decided to improve my language skills and knowledge about people from different environment.
This program helps me to know better UK standards, policy, and procedures. I had learnt more about mental health people and how to deal and react with them and different environment.
Because of this Program I was able to find the job quicker and work with people as I wanted to. I would recommend this course for everyone who wants to work in a Care Home, helping others and feel the satisfaction of their hard work.
I am very happy to have the possibility to continue knowledge and implore it according to the UK standard. I am also very pleased with the good communication with my teacher/assessor who helps to achieve what I wish by giving me reasonable feedback.
